Proven a lot of times, my morning is usually a strong decider in how my day goes. When I begin my day in an unproductive manner, like playing games, seeing a movie, or just staring at the ceiling, I become less productive throughout the day, and any productivity I exhibit for that day is a result of me coming to a decision later in the day to not have a fully unproductive day.
Whenever I begin my day with my morning routine, which consists of activities such as gratitude and praying, working out, reading and writing, meditation, and so on, I discover I become more productive throughout the day and feel unstoppable throughout the day.
Your morning is either going to make or break your day. How you spend your morning is likely to influence how you spend your entire day.
So if you’ve been having a bunch of days you feel unproductive, maybe it’s high time you consider starting your day with something productive. A better suggestion is creating a productive morning routine; this way you don’t have to strain your brain in the morning by thinking about what to do.
Positive morning routines can contain activities such as reading, writing down your thoughts or how you intend to spend your day, working out/yoga, or taking walks. Anything that feels natural to you. You don’t need to copy a guru’s morning routine because it might not align with you.
Instead, create a morning routine with activities that align with you and feel natural. A morning routine is meant to help you start your day on a good note and not wear you down before your day is even started. Create for yourself a personalized morning routine.
